Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
Due to the nature of our products (fresh food and perishable items), we do not offer refunds or returns. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged/incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing your claim, we will issue store credit (points) equivalent to the value of the affected item(s). Points will be added to your account and can be used on your next order.
What We Cannot Accept
- Claims made more than 24 hours after delivery
- Items that have been consumed or partially consumed
- Issues caused by improper storage after delivery
- Change of mind or taste preferences
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been prepared and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods have a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy as provided by law.
